Large Serene Buddha Statue Flagship ET2101

Hand designed using a hard clay, then molded into a hard copy plaster, then hand cast using my own hand made mold and fine sand and cement, then hand colored using a mix of mineral color, hand detailed using fine dental like instruments, then sealed using a water based concrete sealer for an authentic look and feel. This gorgeous Buddha was quite a pleasure to work on over these last 6 plus months. The detailing from his head, to the folds in his hands, to his beautifully detailed robe to the tips of his toes was quite a lot of work, but pure joy to make and complete non the less. He is the epitome of serenity and joy. His skin is smooth, and his hands act as a vessel to aid him in a sleep like no other. Whether he takes a long nap or a short one, you want to be there with him, experiencing the joy of peaceful rest.Picture#5 is a stunning picture of Buddha outside a customers home in Florida. This Buddha looks quite comfortable displayed in a garden filled with large leaved plants, rocks, a water garden or pond, and just as beautiful displayed in a meditation room, a green room,on a bathroom vanity, a mantel, bedroom side table, etc. He makes a great companion for tea or coffee in the morning, a birthday, anniversary, housewarming,etc. Made to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures outdoors.
